Roles Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Sitecore Development Delivery • Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore solutions aligned to project requirements and best practices. • Implement Sitecore features including templates, renderings/components, content structure, and publishing workflows. • Build reusable components and ensure consistent implementation across pages and modules. • Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver sustainable fixes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical designs and deliverables. Quality, Performance Collaboration • Follow secure coding practices and contribute to performance optimization for Sitecore-based applications. • Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD-friendly development practices. • Work closely with QA to validate features, resolve defects, and ensure release readiness. AI Enablement • Assist in identifying opportunities to apply AI for content insights, personalization support, or delivery acceleration within the Sitecore ecosystem. Technical **Requirement** Minimum Qualifications: • BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development and implementation. • Strong understanding of Sitecore fundamentals including content architecture, templates, components, and publishing. • Experience working in collaborative delivery teams and contributing to end-to-end feature development. • Working knowledge or practical exposure to AI concepts/use-cases relevant to digital experience delivery. • Additional Responsibility • About us: Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
