Job description

The SME will support / drive Greenfield feed engineering, conceptual, detailed engineering & Brown field engineering activities for O&G projects. In this role the SME will be serving as a technical adviser to existing team ensuring engineering design is. technically feasible, safe, compliant, cost effective & practically feasible for implementation. Candidate should have strong Electrical & Instrumentation background, additional knowledge of construction activities, operations, maintenance or field related engineering will be considered as a significant advantage. Qualification- Education: - B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M. Tech, preferably Electrical/Instrumentation Experience – 20+ years of experience in engineering in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Offshore, and Industrial projects Key Responsibilities: - • Support sales / pre-sales during bidding stage. • Contribute towards technical proposal development and technical effort evaluation • Lead technical reviews and ensure engineering compliance with project requirements. • Resolve complex technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions. • Review and approve critical design deliverables. • Develop & Support engineering standards, specifications, and best practices. • Support multidisciplinary engineering coordination.   Leadership: - • Client engagement • Proposal support • Project Team mentoring • Key Stakeholder management • Strategic problem solving • Creative thinking.
