Software Development Manager Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions at a technical leadership level Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions to achieve organizational goals • Architect and optimize Omnistudio components such as Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, and Integration Procedures for scalable, maintainable applications • Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to Salesforce Industry Cloud best practices • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative business solutions • Configure and customize Industry Console, Matrices, and Calculation Procedures to support complex business processes • Oversee Omnistudio Project Explorer and IDX Workbench usage for efficient development, deployment, and version control • Monitor application performance using Omni Analytics and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency • Resolve technical issues across Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity modules promptly and effectively Required Skills: • Omniscripts development within Salesforce Industry Cloud • Calculation Procedures and Matrices expertise in Vlocity • IDX Workbench for deployment and version control • Omni Analytics for monitoring and reporting • Flexcards integration in Industry Console • Omnistudio Project Explorer for project management • Dataraptors for data extraction, transformation, and loading • Integration Procedures for system integration • Salesforce Industry Cloud architecture and best practices • Industry Console configuration and customization Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments • REST and SOAP API integrations in Salesforce • Performance tuning and optimization for large-scale Salesforce applications • Agile methodologies and project management • Salesforce Industry Cloud or Vlocity certification Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II • Vlocity Platform Developer Certification
