Software Engineer, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE)

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Maintain, and troubleshoot applications in a cloud-based environment • Work extensively with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong troubleshooting skills • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Maintain cloud-native applications and services • Execution of CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system efficiency • Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure) • Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies • Work in Project designated shifts and on-call (Rotational) and incident response Key Skills • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Communication and teamwork • Automation mindset • Attention to detail --- Windows: Windows Server administration, services, logs, certificates, deployment troubleshooting Azure: Azure resource management, deployment support, upgrades, troubleshooting IIS: Website & app pool management, SSL bindings, deployment and rollback support AKS: Containerized deployments, pod/service troubleshooting Monitoring & Logs: Ability to analyze application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs GitHub: Repo management, branch handling, deployment artifacts, CI/CD collaboration
