Tech Role: Handling compliance activities for regulation UN R156/AIS 190 (Software Update) Responsibilities: Interpret & implement regulatory guidelines for Software update management system (SUMS), Vehicle development process & Vehicle Type Approval Prepare and submit documentation required for certifications and audits. Impact assessment due to Software Update Cross-functional coordination Technical/ Functional: • Understanding of UN R156/AIS 190, ECU architecture & software lifecycle • Understanding of Over the Air updates • Understanding of UN R155/ AIS 189/ ISO 21434 & Functional Safety (ISO 26262) Behavioral: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent coordination and stakeholder management Attention to details (critical for regulatory compliance) Ability to handle audits and documentation rigorously.
