Solution Architect - .NET with Azure, React and AI Native

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure and React to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions while driving AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape. Responsibilities • Design end-to-end solutions with an architectural mindset across backend, frontend and cloud layers • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements • Estimate features and break them down into actionable technical artifacts • Lead a team through the development lifecycle, including coding and delivery of user stories • Build and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services • Apply AI-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools where applicable • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of technical solutions Requirements • 12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT • Proficiency in .NET, Azure and React as a full stack engineer • Strong backend experience, including SQL • Skills in designing architectural solutions • Capability to work with stakeholders, estimate features, create technical artifacts and lead a team • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions • Background in AI SDLC practices Nice to have • Understanding of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding • Knowledge of specialty products, particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors • Experience in Actuarial reserving • Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
