We are seeking a Solution Architect - SAP SD IS Retail to design and deliver scalable business solutions across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models, while providing functional expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities • Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages • Identify necessary localization or enhancements, supported by clear business cases • Create functional requirements to guide application design and development • Propose solutions, configure the system, and write detailed WRICEF functional specifications • Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and quality standards • Conduct unit/functional testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Deliver best-in-class, scalable, sustainable, and integrated business solutions across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models • Contribute to change management efforts by providing training content and supporting organizational transformation • Provide 3rd level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European operating companies in scope • Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal cooperation • Identify opportunities for business process and system enhancements in collaboration with the vendor, and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences Requirements • 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications • Expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail modules • Knowledge of WRICEF functional specifications and solution configuration • Background in coordinating offshore development teams and managing integration and UAT testing • Familiarity with change management practices and training content development • Skills in providing 3rd level functional support and application administration across multiple operating companies We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
