**Job Summary:** Responsible for analyzing and gathering business and technical requirements to design and document fit-for-purpose solutions. Contributes to solution development, design, integration and testing, and configuration of technology solutions ensuring that delivered solutions adhere to defined architecture and security standards. Works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement in solution performance and quality. Ensure seamless solution implementation and effective issue resolution. The Solution Engineer enhances and maintains **Oracle Fusion HCM Talent & Learning modules**, translating business needs into scalable solutions. The role leverages **AI Studio, VB Studio, and VBCS** to optimize processes, improve user experience, and ensure consistent configurations. Responsibilities include managing alerts, notifications, reports, and supporting new Oracle features to strengthen talent attraction, development, and retention. **Key Duties** - Manage and optimize **Talent & Learning** modules aligned to HR goals - Knowledge of **other HCM Modules** is desired. - Proficient in building **AI Agents** and enabling then in Oracle HCM Cloud. - Design and implement Talent & Learning processes with stakeholders - Develop **alerts, notifications, and BIP reports** - Maintain **Fast Formulas** - Deliver UX enhancements via **VB Studio & VBCS** - Drive **Redwood** adoption and change management - Support release readiness and stable delivery
