Learn more about our mission, history and values on our website: [www.randstad.com](http://www.randstad.com/) your typical day includes As a data protection privacy analyst - country support, you are in supporting designated Randstad Global Data Protection markets in achieving and/or maintaining their local compliance and data protection maturity through activities like: - supporting stakeholders with (assessing and maintaining) data mapping as well as privacy and vendor assessments, including reviews - supporting the business/stakeholders in risk management concerning privacy, with treatment plans, including reviews - supporting stakeholders with incident management and potential regulatory reporting - implement and maintain data protection policies and data protection framework and/or ISO27701 controls as well as supporting ISO27001 controls by collaborating with Information Security counterpart - compliance reviews on data protection maturity with regard to policies & data protection framework - managing and assessing data subject requests regarding the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights; such as deletion and access to information - providing first line support to Randstad market stakeholders on data protection queries - reviewing and updating data protection policies and procedures as needed, as well as the privacy notice - participating in project consulting on various data protection-related matters - monitoring national case law and providing updates on business developments - guide and assist clients with their questions, primarily concerning Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) - assisting in management of knowledge platform (eg., page updates, structure, content management) your background - Has 1-3 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in data protection - Interest in data privacy and information technology trends - Degree (or equivalent) in Law, additional qualification in IT or data protection is preferred - Knowledge of EU and other data protection legislation / data protection principles - Experience in providing operational and tactical advice and guidance from a data protection regulatory perspective to stakeholders key capabilities - Good command of the English language, other languages used within Randstad are a bonus (e.g., German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) - Service oriented - Proactive and great problem solving skills - Ability to coach stakeholders in complex questions - Ability to view complex situations from a broader perspective - Excellent analytical skills and accurate - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Enthusiastic and pragmatic, result driven your competencies Within Randstad we defined the following Leadership competencies: - delighting people: connect people (client, talent, employee, society), building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions. - performing today: resourcefulness securing and developing resources effectively and efficiently. - leading change: manages ambiguity operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. - securing the future: drives vision and purpose painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others into action. - strategic mindset: seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies - creating clarity - showing line of sight: making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems and provides direction, is delegating and removing obstacles to get work done - courage to challenge: shows courage and confidence to speak up skilfully, challenging others even when they are confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances what’s in it for you We put people at the heart of everything we do.
