**Job Summary** We're looking for a dynamic and business-focused Trainer who is passionate about developing talent and enabling exceptional customer experiences across the insurance value chain. This role will partner with Customer Support, Assisted buy(Sales), Claims, Operations, and other customer-facing teams to identify capability gaps, design impactful learning solutions, and deliver engaging training programs. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective capability-building initiatives. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps across business functions. - Partner with business leaders to understand performance trends and recommend learning interventions aligned with business goals. 2. Training Delivery - Deliver engaging onboarding programs for new hires across Customer Support, Sales, Claims, and other customer-facing teams. - Facilitate refresher, cross-skilling, product, process, compliance, and behavioral training programs. - Support capability-building initiatives during new product launches, process enhancements, and business transformations. 3. Communication & Knowledge Management - Communicate process, policy, and product updates effectively across relevant business teams. - Promote a culture of continuous learning by sharing best practices, customer success stories, and business insights. 4. Learning Operations & Reporting - Maintain training records, certifications, attendance, and learning dashboards. - Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, quality metrics, and business performance indicators. - Publish periodic learning reports and recommend improvement actions. 5. Learning Innovation - Leverage digital learning methodologies including e-learning, microlearning, simulations, and AI- enabled learning tools. - Continuously explore innovative approaches to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 24 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Capability Development. - Experience in the Insurance, BFSI, Customer Experience, Sales, Claims, or Operations domain is preferred. - Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (G-Suite/MS Office) and digital learning platforms. - Exposure to AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, or instructional design tools will be an added advantage. **Key Competencies** - Training & Facilitation: Delivers engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs. - Business Acumen: Understands insurance operations and aligns learning interventions with business outcomes. - Analytical Thinking: Uses data and performance insights to identify capability gaps. - Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnerships across cross-functional teams. - Instructional Design: Creates learner-centric content using modern learning principles. - Innovation: Leverages technology and AI to improve learning effectiveness. - Execution Excellence: Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail. **Work schedule** - Work Schedule: 6-day working week with 1 weekly off. - Shift Timings: General shift. - **Payroll: Third-party payroll (permanent role, not a contractual position).**
