**Overview** - Primary skillsets - Hands-on proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to issue resolution - Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts; applicable shift, meal, and transportation (cab) allowances will be provided - Support Experience - Secondary skillsets - Telecom support experience (Lead Engineer only) - Basic working knowledge of Java and/or Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
