Overview • Primary skillsets • Hands-on proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to issue resolution • Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts; applicable shift, meal, and transportation (cab) allowances will be provided • Support Experience • Secondary skillsets • Telecom support experience (Lead Engineer only) • Basic working knowledge of Java and/or Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
