Website: https://www.straive.com/ Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO) for Python application deployments, integrating automated security scanning and vulnerability gates. Manage and optimize our source code repositories using Azure Repos, enforcing Git branching policies and resolving complex version control issues (e.g., merge conflicts) to maintain repository health. Implement GitOps workflows within ADO to ensure secure, declarative application delivery. Architect, develop, and manage version-controlled infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration in Azure. Troubleshoot advanced Terraform execution issues, including drift detection limitations, cyclic dependencies, Azure state callbacks, and pipeline deadlocks. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Kubernetes in a cloud environment. Configure pipeline deployment strategies by implementing release gates, manual approvals, and automated pre/post-deployment checks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Implement best practices for security, scalability, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. Required Skills 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or IT Automation roles. Expert-level proficiency with Azure Repos for source code management and resolving complex Git merge conflicts. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, defining safe upgrade strategies, and handling infrastructure state. Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD tools and YAML-based pipelines (specifically Azure DevOps). In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native services. Experience implementing GitOps and DevSecOps practices. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly regarding complex CI/CD and infrastructure issues. Preferred Qualifications Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Knowledge of networking and security concepts in cloud environments. Familiarity with other DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Ansible).
