Job Title: Planisware Enterprise Administrator / Production Support Engineer Location: PAN India Level of Hire: Analyst (A) Total Experience Required: 3+ Years Primary Skill Set Planisware Enterprise (PPM) • Planisware Configuration & Administration • Planisware Scripting (Formula Language) • Workflow Configuration • Incident Management & Production Support • SQL Queries & Database Analysis Required Skills & Experience Planisware Enterprise Administration & Production Support • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Planisware Enterprise (PPM). • Strong expertise in Planisware administration, configuration, and production support. • Experience in troubleshooting incidents, defect analysis, and issue resolution. SQL Queries & Database Analysis • Minimum 1+ year of experience. • Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform database analysis. • Experience in data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting support. Power BI • Minimum 1+ year of experience. • Ability to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources. ServiceNow • Strong working knowledge with a skill rating of 4/5 or above. • Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes. JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Working knowledge of front-end technologies. • Ability to understand and support UI customizations. C# / .NET • Good understanding of C#/.NET concepts. • Ability to support integrations, automation, and application troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Administer and support Planisware Enterprise platform. • Configure workflows, business rules, and system settings. • Develop and maintain Planisware Formula Language scripts. • Provide L2/L3 production support and incident management. • Analyze application and database issues using SQL. • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. • Manage tickets and service requests through ServiceNow. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and issue resolution. • Support integrations and custom developments involving .NET technologies. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
