Job Title: Sr. Executive - Information Technology Job Requisitions No.: 18221 **Job Description** **Purpose of Job** We are looking for a **hands-on Technical Developer** with 1–3 years of experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing** , from an **IT/engineering perspective** , to design, configure, customize, and support marketing automation solutions. This role is **not a functional marketing role** . The ideal candidate will work primarily on **technical configuration, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployment** of Dynamics 365 Marketing components. Secondary exposure to **WordPress, HTML, and CSS** is preferred for supporting landing pages, forms, and email templates. **Roles and Responsibilites** **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing – Technical Responsibilities (Primary)** - Technically configure and maintain Customer Journeys, Segments, Marketing Forms, Landing Pages, Emails, and Triggers within D365 Marketing. - Configure and support Real‑Time Marketing components including: - Event-based and trigger-based journeys - Personalization tokens - Subscription and consent management logic - Perform environment configuration, solution imports, patching, and deployment across Dev/UAT/Prod. - Support and troubleshoot: - Email delivery issues and interaction tracking - Journey execution failures - Contact, lead, and segment data issues - Develop and maintain technical integrations with: - Dynamics 365 Sales - Customer Insights - Third-party systems (APIs, connectors, if applicable) - Ensure data model integrity across Contacts, Leads, Marketing Interactions, and Segments. - Support A/B testing setup, telemetry tracking, and system-level performance diagnostics. - Ensure GDPR and compliance readiness from a system and configuration standpoint (consent, preferences, subscription centers). **Skill Required** **Must Have (Technical Focus)** - 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. - Strong technical understanding of: - Customer Journeys (system configuration, triggers, execution logic) - Real‑Time Marketing architecture - Segmentation logic - Marketing Forms and Landing Pages - Email template rendering and delivery tracking - Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 data model: - Contacts, Leads, Interactions, Segments - Experience in system troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Ability to analyze system behavior and optimize configurations.
