As a GP COE Source-to-Pay (STP) Process Manager, you are responsible for working with the process owners to define and assess Global Procurement business processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving. You will support benchmarking activities across diverse sources, with the aim of harmonizing existing processes and driving process transformation to establish a best-in-class standard. You will formulate recommendations for performance improvement. You will lead and implement project plans of overall process improvement activities to meet business requirements and drive business results. You will engage leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve ongoing process improvement results. Process Transformation Implement or lead complex, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement.Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.Drive benchmarking across various sources, standardize current processes and transform processes to set a best-in-class new standard.Govern functional processes by developing business rules that drive the consistent interpretation of performance and ensure understanding of expectations.Analyze processes and propose changes or improvements to help achieve goals.Elevate process efficiency and drive transformation by applying appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies.Apply knowledge to provide consultation on Source-to-Pay processes. Leverage process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to identify process bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities across Source-to-Pay workflows Use data-driven insights from process mining and analytics to prioritize transformation initiatives and measure impact Leading through influence Drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment.Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project. Stakeholder Engagement Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.Actively engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients to drive best in class methodology adoption, optimized system utilization, and continuous process improvement outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across procurement processes You are: Well-versed in project management skills and process management, procurement standard methodologies and technology to develop best-in-class results.Knowledgeable in Procurement business processesProficient in continuous improvement tools and methodologies to elevate process efficiency and drive transformation.Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to articulate complex problem statements concisely and accurately to all levels.Having a global perspective and a positive demeanor that is well-suited for working across different regions.Interest in gaining procurement knowledge, and data fluency, demonstrating insights to make a data-driven decision.Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes.Leading without authority and collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.
