Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **Senior IT Analyst Applications** to join **Strategic Procurement** -**CAT IT Division.** This incumbent would be responsible for leading and supporting IT development and process initiatives related to Compliance and Regulatory programs. The position will work closely with the Strategic Procurement & Planning Division and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive process improvements, and support enterprise-wide compliance and governance objectives. The preference for this role is to be based out of **Whitefield PSN Office -Bangalore, KA-India** **What you will do** - Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels - Apply strong ETL, database, artificial intelligence, and project management skills to collect, compile, analyze, communicate, and maintain required information. - Evaluate business and technical needs and recommend effective, scalable solutions. - Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards while supporting a diverse, global organization. - Assist customers with configuration, deployment, testing, communication, change management, artificial intelligence initiatives, supplier enablement, catalog management, master data collection, training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and hyper care activities. - Process data for specific campaigns, including data preparation, validation, and transfer into target systems. - Oversees core application systems by managing client-related issues, system interfaces, and interdependencies. - Applies structured problem‑solving methods, captures lessons learned, and develops resolutions for high‑impact issues. - Leads requirements analysis by documenting, modeling, and maintaining detailed functional and information requirements. - Conducts system testing to ensure transaction flow, system interoperability, and continued alignment with requirements. - Performs advanced technical **troubleshooting and supports IT Service Management by promoting standardized IT service procedures.** **What you will have** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Hands-on experience with SnapLogic, REST APIs, Power BI, ETL processes, SAS, Snowflake, and Oracle. - Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and applications. - A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop AI models. - Experience with cloud databases and middleware technologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated people skills and a collaborative working style. - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and implement innovative technologies. **Top Candidates Will Have:** - Experience working with SnapLogic, ETL tools, SAS, Oracle, Power BI and REST APIs. - Familiarity with fundamental data quality principles, procedures, and best practices. - The ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. - Experience in data analytics and reporting. - Hands-on experience developing AI models or contributing to AI‑driven initiatives. - **This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office** - **10% travel required.** **Skills desired:** **Core Application Systems:** Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.
