Job Description – Technical Automation Lead Role Summary We are looking for a Technical Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives, manage the technical team, and support scalable onboarding and integration solutions for new partners/customers. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the technical automation team • Identify and automate manual business processes • Design and build scalable, reliable onboarding and integration solutions • Develop and manage customized report/tools as and when required • Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Python and scripting/programming languages (JavaScript, Java, or C# preferred) • Experience in process automation and system integration • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
