We are seeking an experienced Automation and Performance Testing Engineer who can drive end-to-end performance validation, test automation, monitoring, and quality engineering initiatives across cloud-based applications and platform Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills Programming • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java or Python . • Ability to develop automation frameworks, utilities, and performance test scripts. Performance Testing Tools • Hands-on experience with: • JMeter • Locust.io • Similar enterprise-grade performance testing tools Quality & Agile Tools • Experience using: • JIRA • Test management and defect tracking tools • Agile/Scrum methodologies Monitoring & Observability • Hands-on experience with: • DataDog • Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools • Log analytics and monitoring solutions CI/CD • Working knowledge of: • Git • Jenkins • Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing practices Cloud Platforms • Experience working with cloud-hosted applications. • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP . • Exposure to cloud performance testing and monitoring. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation testing. • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured. • Experience testing microservices and containerized applications. • Exposure to Kubernetes and Docker environments. • Understanding of performance engineering best practices. • Knowledge of GCP monitoring and observability tools. • Familiarity with Shift-Left and DevOps testing methodologies.
