**You own the technical product behind our Social Health Information Exchange and Community Information Exchange: holistic entrepreneurial ownership of the product from platform perspective for the exchange where the application experience sits. That means interoperability, the data and analytics layer, patient identity and record matching (eMPI), the single best record (SBR), and the platform capabilities that unify them into one coherent product creating the exchanges technical spine. What youll own specific to the SHIE/CIE framework: - Interoperability across standards and networks: FHIR R4 and US Core, HL7 v2 and ADT, USCDI alignment, and network participation. - The data and analytics layer, from ingestion and normalization through the insights the exchange surfaces. - Patient identity and record matching (eMPI) and the single best record (SBR). - The platform capabilities that unify data, identity, interoperability, and analytics into one product. - Consent as a platform capability, kept coherent across the technical layers. - Build the exchange as the foundation AI runs on, and define agents that reconcile records, resolve identity, and monitor various aspects with human in the loop. - The cross-functional product work that makes these ship as one exchange, setting direction and priority for engineering and platform teams as your closest partners in India. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Galaxy across risk adjustment, quality management, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse. Partner with clinicians and subject matter experts to ensure clinical accuracy, coding integrity, and CMS compliance. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver intuitive workflows for risk coders, quality analysts, SIU/FWA investigators, and medical management staff. Define success metrics (e.g., RAF capture accuracy, care/quality gap closure rates, Stars performance, FWA detection precision and recoveries, audit readiness) and track product performance. Engage directly with payer customers (MA plans, Medicaid managed care, regional plans) to gather feedback and validate product direction, accommodating US time zones as needed. Monitor regulatory and industry changes V28, RADV audit requirements, HEDIS measure updates, CMS interoperability rules and update product strategy accordingly. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to drive adoption and market growth. Serve as an internal expert on payer risk and quality workflows, FWA program integrity, and the regulatory landscape. What Youll Need - 8+ years in product management with deep ownership of interoperability, health and/or SDOH data, or platform products. This is not primarily an application or UI product management role, and the strongest candidates have owned the technical layers beneath the app. - Working command of healthcare interoperability standards: FHIR R4 and US Core, USCDI, and HL7 v2 and ADT. - Hands-on product experience with patient identity or record matching (eMPI) and with a system of record or master data layer such as an SBR. - A track record of making a technically complex, multi-component product cohere into one thing. - The ability to drive a product from India in close daily partnership with engineering, with dependable US-hours overlap. - Familiarity with healthcare privacy and consent (HIPAA at minimum; exposure to 42 CFR Part 2 or state consent regimes a plus). - Experience shipping AI or agentic features on a data or platform product, with a model-agnostic view that the data foundation matters more than any one model. Preferred - HIE, or SHIE and CIE product experience specifically. - Data and analytics platform product ownership. - Consent management as a platform capability. - Experience as the product owner who connects the technical layers of a data or exchange product into a single coherent picture.
