Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivatedand target driven. Abilityto work independently and as part of a team. Discipline,punctuality, and professional grooming. JobResponsibilities: FinancialResponsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterlytargets for gold loan disbursement and portfolio growth. Cross-sell insurance, savingsaccounts, and other financial products to gold loan customers. Monitor repayments and minimizedelinquencies by ensuring timely collections. Assist in cash handling and safedocumentation during gold loan processing (if required). Support the branch in enhancingprofitability through quality sourcing and customer retention Non-financialResponsibilities: Conductfield visits and community outreach to source gold loan customers. Verifygold and KYC documents, ensure accurate data entry and loan applicationprocessing. Provideclear communication to customers on interest rates, terms, and repaymentschedules. Maintainregular follow-ups with customers for renewals, top-ups, and feedback. Ensurea high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and transparentservice. Assistin maintaining branch hygiene, proper storage of pledged gold, and accuraterecord-keeping. Coordinatewith valuation personnel and back-office teams for seamless loan disbursal Complianceand Risk Responsibilities: Ensureadherence to all internal policies, RBI regulations, and operational proceduresfor gold loans. Maintainconfidentiality of customer information and transaction data. Followsecurity protocols for gold storage and handling. Reportsuspicious transactions or potential frauds immediately to reporting authority. Ensuredocumentation is audit-ready and error-free. Additional Requirements: Must own amobile phone and two-wheeler (bike) for daily field activities. Should becomfortable using computers, emails, and banking applications for dailyreporting and data entry. Willingnessto travel locally for customer sourcing and service.
