Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain data-driven reporting and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). The role will focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights, automating reporting processes, and supporting business decision-making through effective analytics. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • Design and build Power Apps solutions and automate workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency. • Perform data analysis, identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and workflow solutions. • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources. • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting outputs. • Automate and streamline manual reporting processes and improve existing reporting frameworks. • Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions. • Maintain historical data and support data integration with tools like SharePoint and data lakes. Required Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI development • Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI (Dashboard development, DAX, Power Query) Power Apps / Power Platform tools • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets • Good understanding of data modeling, data validation, and reporting best practices • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Certification in Power BI (PL-300) or Power Platform • Experience working with data lakes / large datasets / cloud data sources • Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation • Familiarity with SharePoint integration and data governance practices • Exposure to building enterprise-level reporting or operational dashboards • Experience in financial services / insurance domain (nice to have given your setup) Good-to-Have Competencies • Ability to convert business problems into analytical solutions • Self-driven learning mindset (important given evolving Power Platform use in your team) • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Full-Time/Part-Time Full time Timings (8:00p-4:30a) India Business Unit AWMPO AWMP&S President's Office Job Family Group Business Support & Operations Ameriprise India LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
