Sr Resident - Radiation Oncology

Job description

• Evaluate patients with suspected or confirmed malignancies and review clinical history, investigations, imaging, and pathology reports. • Assist consultants in developing individualized radiation treatment plans based on disease site, stage, and patient condition. • Participate in treatment planning, simulation, immobilization, contouring, and verification procedures. • Monitor patients during radiation therapy and identify treatment-related toxicities and complications. • Provide appropriate supportive and symptomatic management under consultant supervision. • Assist with brachytherapy procedures and other radiation oncology interventions as applicable. • Coordinate with medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiology, pathology, and other specialties for comprehensive cancer management.
