Senior Software Development Lead Job requirements Experience Range: At least 5 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on work with Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions, up to 8 years in total. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex quoting, pricing, and approval workflows • Customize Apttus CPQ pricing logic and configure advanced product rules to optimize quoting efficiency • Develop and maintain custom scripts for Salesforce CPQ to automate business processes and enhance system functionality • Configure and manage multi-dimensional quoting scenarios, ensuring accurate pricing and product configuration • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals to streamline approval cycles • Create and modify Salesforce CPQ quote templates for dynamic and client-specific document generation • Oversee contract management and renewal processes within Salesforce CPQ to ensure seamless lifecycle operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver high-impact CPQ solutions Required Skills: • Apttus CPQ pricing customization • Salesforce CPQ scripting (Apex, JavaScript) • Salesforce CPQ multi-dimensional quoting configuration • Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals setup • Apttus CPQ product rules configuration • Salesforce CPQ quote template development • Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) • Declarative and programmatic Salesforce customization Preferred Skills: • Integration of Salesforce CPQ with external ERP or CRM systems • Advanced Salesforce Lightning component and UI customization • Experience with Salesforce data migration and CPQ system upgrades • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Desired Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist • Apttus CPQ Certification or equivalent We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
