We arelooking for a Finance Transformation Specialist who sits at the intersection ofFinance and Technology and helps drive this evolution. You will lead and supportinitiatives that redesign core finance processes, build a centralized data andanalytics backbone, drive AI adoption across the finance function, and elevateFinance to a value-driving partner to every business unit at Darwinbox. You will work closely withFinance, Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Business teams translating business needs into technology solutions, automating manualworkflows, and championing a culture of data-driven decision-making withinFinance. **Finance Process Redesign, Systems Digital Transformation** - Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Financial Close, FPA, Controllership, and Legal Tax. - Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive, or error-prone steps; replace with system-driven controls and automated workflows. - Partner with Engineering/IT, Consultants on ERP enhancements, integrations leading requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization. - Improve data flows and integrations between finance and business systems; act as the Finance voice in cross-functional product and technology roadmap discussions. - Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and process-flow diagrams; define and track process health KPIs (cycle times, error rates, SLA adherence) to drive continuous improvements **Centralized Finance Data Lake Master Data Management** Own and drive thecreation of a centralised Finance Data Lake and Master Data Management (MDM)programme consolidating data from CRM, ERP, billing, HRMS, and otherdownstream systems into a unified, governed data store. Define theFinance data architecture: data models, entity hierarchies, lineagedocumentation, and refresh cadences. Ensure dataquality, consistency, and auditability across all Finance reporting andanalytics surfaces. Collaborate withEngineering and Data Platform teams to build scalable pipelines; work with BIteams to surface clean, trusted data in dashboards and reports. **AI Adoption Intelligent Finance** Champion anddrive the adoption of AI across the Finance function making AI a core part ofhow Finance operates, not an afterthought. Identify anddeliver high-impact AI use cases, including: a. Intelligent cash-flow forecasting and scenariomodelling b. Anomaly detection in transactions, invoices, andexpense claims c. Natural language Finance co-pilot for self-servereporting and analysis d. Automated reconciliation and period-close acceleration e. Predictive DSO management and collectionsprioritisation Build AI literacyacross the Finance team through demos, workshops, and structured adoptionprogrammes; establish governance and data-privacy guardrails for responsible AIuse. Evaluate anddeploy AI capabilities in partnership with Product and Engineering coveringboth in-house builds and third-party tools. **Reporting, Analytics Finance Intelligence** Build andmaintain executive and operational dashboards in BI tools covering revenue,collections, costs, headcount, and other Finance KPIs; automate MIS andmanagement reporting packs to eliminate manual assembly effort. Develop aself-serve analytics layer so Finance business partners and business leaderscan access trusted data without routing every query through the Finance team. Perform deep-diveanalyses on business performance, cost trends, and process bottlenecks translating data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. **Finance as a Business Accelerator Stakeholder Partnership** Elevate Financefrom an accounting/reporting function to a proactive business partner bringing Finance intelligence earlier into strategic conversations on pricing,deal economics, margin improvement, and investment decisions. Structure anddeliver Finance transformation projects end-to-end scoping, design,implementation, and adoption; manage cross-functional stakeholders, projecttrackers, risk registers, and escalations. Support Financeleadership on strategic and operational initiatives, contributing to a cultureof curiosity, data-driven thinking, and continuous improvement across theFinance organization. **Who are we looking for** - **Finance Domain Knowledge** - Deep understanding of core Finance processes: O2C, P2P, FPA, Controllership, Financial Close, and Reporting is mandatory - Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics acceptable) is mandatory - Familiarity with SaaS business models, ARR/MRR metrics, and RevOps workflows is a strong advantage. - **Technology Data** - Strong han
