## Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end commercial strategy across telco products and solutions (Mobility, Wireline, Voice/UC, SD-WAN, Cloud connectivity, Data Center/Colocation, etc.). - Translate product constructs into commercial models (pricing, cost structures, margin tracking). - Drive cost-to-revenue linkage across deals, billing, and vendor spend. - Partner with OEMs/vendors to optimize pricing, contracts, and commercial frameworks. - Support deal structuring, RFQs, and large contract negotiations. - Enable AI-driven commercial insights (e.g., margin leakage detection, pricing optimization, cost benchmarking). - Collaborate with Revenue Assurance, P2P, and Vendor teams to ensure commercial alignment across the lifecycle. ## Core Requirements - 12+ years’ experience in telecom (OEM background strongly preferred). - B.Tech/BE/MCA/MBA - Strong understanding of telco products, Cloud/Data Center services, and solution constructs. - Fair understanding of Cloud, Data Center/Colocation, and Voice/UC solutions (offer design, pricing, costing, and commercials). - Expertise in commercial models (pricing, margin, contracts, and billing impacts). - Experience with large-scale deal support, pricing strategy, and commercial governance. - Ability to bridge technology, finance, and the vendor ecosystem. - Awareness of AI applications in commercial optimization (pricing analytics, margin intelligence, predictive cost modeling). ## Impact Metrics - Margin improvement / EBITDA contribution. - Pricing efficiency and deal profitability. - Cost-to-revenue alignment accuracy. - Reduction in commercial leakage. - Adoption of AI-driven insights in pricing and commercial decision-making. **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Time Type:** Regular **Location:** Gurgaon, India It is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
