• Experience - 7.5+ years • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization, and development • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications • Strong ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs • Experience in developing custom scoped applications using App Engine • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Server • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and best practices • Experience with Service Portal; exposure to UI Builder will be an added advantage • Experience in designing scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments • Exposure to CSM or other ServiceNow modules is preferred • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to mentor junior developers and work in an Agile delivery environment • CSA certification along with any two ServiceNow Mainline Certifications is mandatory RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and customer requirements • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and related platform capabilities • Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and MID Server • Implement and maintain ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications • Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable ServiceNow components following platform best practices • Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance guidelines • Mentor and support junior developers to enhance team capabilities • Support ServiceNow upgrades and ensure application compatibility across releases • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance and stability • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives • Drive continuous improvements and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Disclaimer: This job posting & Location has been aggregated from external source.
