Overview • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the SFS Mobile Application, covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. • Perform in-depth testing of Salesforce Field Service (SFS) modules including work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile field technician workflows. • Validate mobile application functionality across devices/OS versions, including offline capability, sync behavior, GPS/location-based features, and push notifications. • Own and drive test execution for Knowledge Transfer (KT) driven releases, ensuring test coverage aligns with evolving scope and integrated release timelines. • Log, triage, and track defects through resolution, working closely with development and cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure. • Plan and coordinate automated regression runs for integrated releases, ensuring test scripts remain aligned with current release scope. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA team members; assist in workload balancing and resource allocation across test cycles. • Prepare and present test summary reports, RAID logs, and QA status updates to leads and stakeholders. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure testability of user stories. • Support UAT cycles and provide sign-off recommendations based on quality metrics and exit criteria. • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) testing - work orders, service appointments, scheduling policies, and dispatcher console. • Proven experience testing native/hybrid mobile applications (iOS/Android) including device farm or emulator-based testing. • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals (objects, flows, permissions, integrations). • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, qTest, or equivalent). • Strong grasp of QA processes - test planning, traceability, defect lifecycle, and release readiness assessment. • Experience coordinating or executing automated regression suites for integrated/major releases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present QA updates to leadership.
