Staff Architect

Job description

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across customer engagement, loyalty, pricing, and retention platforms. • Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architectures. • Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, modernization initiatives, and platform transformation programs. • Establish architectural standards, reusable patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions. • Drive cloud-native adoption, system integration, API strategy, and distributed systems optimization. • Guide teams on scalability, reliability, observability, performance, security, and operational excellence. • Mentor architects and senior engineers through design reviews and technical leadership.
