Overview Ready to Revolutionize How Mid-Market Businesses Grow? At Intuit, the Mid-Market team is on a mission to help customers grow with us as their business grows. We're disrupting the mid-market by building Intuit Enterprise Suite, an AI-native ERP built for businesses that have outgrown small business tools. As a Staff Product Designer on Onboarding & Migration, you'll own the design of the early journey from post-purchase to realizing the first value of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can turn a complex first experience into a fast, confident path to value, someone who holds ambiguity without losing clarity, and brings strong interaction and visual craft to AI+HI onboarding and migration experiences. You sweat the details and have a relentless obsession with high-quality and design framework that can scale. You move fast, actively using AI-powered prototyping tools to design, iterate, and validate ideas at a pace that matches the ambition of the work. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end post-purchase journey, from account setup through first value, across IES and QBO Advanced • Design migration experiences that help customers move data and workflows from legacy systems or QBO into IES with minimal disruption • Reduce time-to-value and drop-off across onboarding, balancing automation (AI) with human guidance where trust and accuracy matter most • Partner closely with engineering on migration tooling and data mapping to make technical constraints invisible to the customer • Design AI+HI solutions grounded in real customer problems, ensuring powerful capabilities translate into meaningful outcomes for enterprise customers • Influence roadmap direction and prioritization through a user-centered perspective • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and service designers to deliver customer-backed experiences • Advocate for higher quality standards and clearer design principles • Mentor designers and elevate craft across the team Qualifications • 7+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise or platform products, with a proven track record of designing in deeply technical problem spaces • Comfort operating at the intersection of design and engineering, understanding technical constraints and using them to inform better solutions • Experience designing for or alongside AI and automation capabilities • A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies. • Experience influencing roadmap and product strategy • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • A Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field • A portfolio that showcases systems thinking, enterprise complexity, and high craft • Bonus: proficiency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
