Key Responsibilities 1. Utilize Design Validation Techniques To Ensure That Software And Products Meet User-Friendliness And Intuitiveness Standards, Contributing To The Development Of Seamless User Experiences. 2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Expert Guidance And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Goals. 3. Present And Articulate Design Concepts Effectively, Playing A Crucial Role In Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategic Direction Of Projects. 4. Conduct Thorough Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies, Driving Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices Across Teams. Skill Requirements 1. Expertise In Design Validation Methodologies And Processes. 2. Proficiency In User Experience Design Principles And Usability Testing. 3.
