The role is centered on a critical question: What do engineers need to be successful, and how do we build them effectively and at scale? The ideal candidate combines strong technical program leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence senior technical stakeholders. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity and passionate about developing engineering talent through scalable onboarding, learning, and enablement programs that accelerate readiness, growth, and time-to-productivity. Insights & Continuous Improvement - Establish feedback loops that inform capability strategy, content evolution, and program design. - Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on improving engineering readiness and onboarding outcomes. - Serve as a bridge between Engineering CoS strategy and execution, aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Dev Productivity, Security, HR, and Operations. **Qualifications** Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in program management in a technical space, engineering enablement, onboarding, learning and development, or related disciplines. - Proven experience defining critical capabilities or skills and translating them into scalable programs, frameworks, or systems. - Experience partnering with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders to solve complex, ambiguous problems. - Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to identify gaps, drive prioritization, and measure impact. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building or leading engineering onboarding, technical training, capability-building, or talent development programs at scale. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning program design, and behavior-change strategies that drive skill acquisition and performance. - Passion for developing engineering talent and creating environments that enable individuals and teams to grow and succeed. - Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including: - AI-assisted development - Developer productivity - Infrastructure and platform engineering - Experience defining or influencing: - Capability frameworks and readiness models - Learning strategies and onboarding standards - Demonstrated ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to capability definition and scalable solutions. - Experience working across global regions, particularly APAC/Bangalore, and adapting enablement strategies to local needs. - Experience building facilitator- or SME-driven delivery models. - Strong systems-thinking skills with the abi
