Roles and Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer experience by offering personalized eye care solutions to customers. • Conduct comprehensive eye exams, dispense contact lenses, and provide refractions as needed. • Maintain accurate records of patient data, including prescriptions and sales reports. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store targets and maintain a high level of service quality. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-6 years of experience in optometry or related field (optometrists). • B.Sc degree in Optometry from a recognized institution. • Strong knowledge of optical sales, contact lens fitting, dispensing, refraction techniques. • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
