Role : Subject Manager Mathematics Experience Range : 12 to 15 Location :Thane Education : M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Statistics / Mathematical Sciences. Strong academic grounding in Pure and Applied Mathematics Must Have Skills • Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development • Managing Stakeholders - internal & External . • Good command over English both written and spoken • Good command over spoken Hindi . • Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel skills Proficiency required in below mentioned skills: • Mathematics • Applied Mathematics • Statistics • Mathematical science Key Responsibilities • Structure & design Question Banks; Set quality standards item for writing & review in respective domain • Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects. • Define selection criteria and strategy. • Monitor SME performance quality • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects • Extensive coordination with SMEs for all test development activities. • Test Designing: Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil requirements for test items and question sets. • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other requirements as per the needs of the organization
