Systems Reliability Engineer II (Virtualization & Networking)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure for software products using Linux operating systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and develop solutions to optimize performance and reliability. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to networking, virtualization, and system administration on AWS cloud platform. • Develop automated testing scripts using Python programming language to ensure high-quality releases. Job Requirements : • 3-8 years of experience in SRE or similar role with expertise in Linux administration. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols and network security best practices. • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM). • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automating tasks.
