**TA Customer Success Partner (Japanese Speaker) | 12-Month Contract** Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams across Japan and APAC. **Key Responsibilities** - Schedule and coordinate interviews across different time zones. - Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding interview logistics. - Manage interview calendars, meeting invites, and confirmations. - Maintain trackers and support basic recruitment coordination activities. **What We Are Looking For** - Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and good English communication skills. - Strong coordination and organizational abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests. - Prior experience in coordination, customer support, administration, or recruitment support is preferred.
