TA Customer Success Partner (Japanese Speaker) | 12-Month Contract Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams across Japan and APAC. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate interviews across different time zones. • Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding interview logistics. • Manage interview calendars, meeting invites, and confirmations. • Maintain trackers and support basic recruitment coordination activities. What We Are Looking For • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and good English communication skills. • Strong coordination and organizational abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests. • Prior experience in coordination, customer support, administration, or recruitment support is preferred.
