Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Third-Party Due Diligence KYC Analyst to support the company’s global third-party risk management program. The role will conduct risk-based due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews of customers, business partners, suppliers, and other third parties to identify and assess potential compliance risks, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC), anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, fraud, integrity, and reputational risks. This position plays an important role in supporting Lenovo’s Ethics Compliance program by helping ensure third-party relationships are appropriately assessed, documented, and escalated in accordance with Lenovo policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Conduct risk-based third-party due diligence and KYC reviews, identifying and escalating potential compliance concerns in accordance with Lenovo’s policies and procedures • Perform screening of customers, business partners, suppliers, and other third parties for sanctions, adverse media, regulatory, fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other integrity-related risks • Review and analyze third-party ownership and control structures, including ultimate beneficial ownership, key principals, government affiliations, and other relevant relationships • Assess due diligence findings and red flags relating to ABAC, AML, sanctions, fraud, conflicts of interest, reputational risk, and other compliance concerns • Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk third parties and escalate material findings for further review, as appropriate • Document due diligence findings, risk assessments, and conclusions clearly and concisely in Lenovo’s due diligence systems • Manage day-to-day workflows within the due diligence platform and support users with process and system-related questions • Maintain and update due diligence procedures, guidance, and templates to reflect evolving regulatory requirements, risk considerations, and company policies • Support Legal, Compliance, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other business stakeholders with third-party due diligence and KYC inquiries • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting due diligence metrics, trends, and risk indicators • Support the development and delivery of training and guidance relating to third-party due diligence requirements • Stay current on relevant compliance developments, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, and third-party risk management requirements Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, international business, political science, or a related field • 2+ years of full-time, relevant work experience OR 4+ years of full-time, relevant work experience with no advanced degree • Familiarity with third-party screening tools and due diligence software platforms • Working knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, fraud prevention, KYC, and third-party due diligence principles and requirements • Strong analytical and writing skills; detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices • Comfortable handling sensitive data and operating in a deadline-driven environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across functions and geographies We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
