Coordinate external advisers' drafts and reviews and help identify documentation that can be prepared in-house over time. • Support the APAC Senior Manager with quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions by gathering entity-level data, preparing supporting calculations and reconciling current and deferred tax balances and uncertain tax position inputs. • Support APAC corporate income tax compliance and statutory tax disclosures. Compile information for local returns, coordinate external advisers and regional finance teams, and track filings, payments and responses to tax authority inquiries. • Assess applicable transfer pricing rules and APAC direct tax changes, including relevant local Pillar Two requirements; flag reporting and compliance implications to regional and global tax leaders.
