**TCS BPS hiring for Customer Support Associate Non-Voice (Commercial Banking@ Indore @Chennai** **Job Description:** Customer Support Associate Non-Voice (Commercial Banking)for international process **Experience**: 2 to 5 years **Shifts:** Comfortable with any shifts (Ireland/UK/US) **Location**: Indore, Chennai **Process**: Commercial / Corporate Banking (Non Voice) **Role Summary**: Provide non-voice customer support to commercial banking clients through email. Ensure accurate processing of service requests, documentation checks, and issue resolution while meeting quality and compliance standards **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle customer queries via email - Process account servicing requests, transaction queries, and documentation verification - Maintain accurate records and meet SLA targets for quality and turnaround time - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases **Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong communication and analytical skills - Good understanding of commercial banking products and workflows - Bachelors degree in business/finance/commerce preferred ***"TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
