We at HCL are looking for TDM Engineers Location: PUNE, Chennai, Hyd, Bangalore and Noida If interested reach us on srikanth.domala@hcltech.com Provide us the details below: Total years of exp: Exp in TDM: Exp in Masking: Exp in Refresh: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: TDM Platform Lead / Senior TDM Engineer Offshore | 2 Positions • 812+ years of hands-on TDM platform implementation, with K2View experience strongly preferred. • Configure and engineer masking, refresh, subsetting, entity/MicroDB provisioning, synthetic data and audit capabilities. • Configure business entities, data models, connectors, transformation rules and source-to-target provisioning workflows. • Develop reusable platform utilities, automation patterns, APIs and integration components. • Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix, scripting, ETL, APIs, distributed databases and data modeling. • Troubleshoot platform, connector, data-movement, performance and provisioning issues. • Work through Scrum sprints and provide technical guidance to application onboarding and engineering teams. TDM Distributed / Cloud / NoSQL Data Engineer — Offshore | 2 Positions • 7–10+ years of data/TDM engineering across distributed, cloud and modern data platforms. • Strong experience across Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and DB2 LUW, with advanced SQL and database concepts. • Team should collectively cover MongoDB/NoSQL, AWS/Azure, Databricks/data lake and object-storage technologies. • Implement refresh, masking, subsetting, entity-based provisioning and source-to-target data movement. • Work with structured and semi-structured data including relational DBs, XML, JSON, CSV and flat files. • Experience with Linux, Python/shell scripting, APIs, IAM/networking and clusters/nodes; containers/Kubernetes desirable. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, performance troubleshooting and cross-platform consistency testing. TDM Data Engineering, ETL & Application Onboarding Engineer/Analyst — Offshore | 4 Positions • 5–10 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, data analysis, TDM or application data onboarding. • Perform source-target analysis, metadata discovery, data profiling, entity/relationship analysis and data mapping. • Strong hands-on capability in advanced SQL, ETL/ELT, Python/shell, XML, JSON, CSV/files and REST APIs. • Work with QA/Application teams to identify test-data requirements, golden datasets and reusable provisioning patterns. • Support PII/PHI identification, masking validation, data-quality checks, reconciliation and onboarding documentation. • Experience with Git/CI-CD, Jira/ServiceNow, Linux and Agile/Kanban; cloud/data-platform knowledge preferred. • Within these four positions, ensure complementary coverage for ETL/Data Engineering, Business Data Analysis/Application Onboarding and DevOps/Platform Engineering.
