Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations. • Plan daily delivery routes and allocate shipments to delivery executives. • Monitor shipment dispatch, delivery, RTO, NDR and pending shipments. • Manage attendance, productivity and performance of delivery executives. • Ensure timely delivery and achievement of operational KPIs/SLA. • Monitor shipment quality and minimize missing, damaged and delayed shipments. • Handle customer and delivery-related escalations and resolve operational issues. • Coordinate vehicle/fleet deployment and ensure optimum resource utilization. • Prepare daily operational reports and MIS. • Monitor field operations and take corrective actions for performance gaps. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and security standards. • Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth daily operations.
