Job description

• Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations at the assigned delivery center. • Monitor shipment allocation, dispatch, delivery, and closure activities. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to customers. • Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency. • Manage and coordinate delivery executives/riders and monitor their productivity. • Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, productivity, pending shipments, and closure percentage. • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related issues. • Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and daily workforce requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery operations. • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance. • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
