Job description We are hiring an experienced Team Lead Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day (denials & AR follow-up) • Ensure 100% accuracy, TAT compliance, and claim submission • Lead, mentor & motivate billing associates • Analyze denial trends and support AR resolution • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports • Ensure process compliance & quality standards (HIPAA) Required Skills: • 6 - 11 years of experience in RCM • Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead role • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 & US insurance rules • Good communication & team-handling skills • Experience in multi-speciality billing is an added advantage Preferred Qualifications - Good analytical & quality audit skills Location - Mumbai Night shift Immediate joiners / one Month notice preferred Interested candidates can share their updated resume to: Email: pradeep.varanasi@omegahms.com Contact No. - 9030365423
