Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the Home Loans sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives. • Drive home loan sourcing through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners. • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. • Ensure proper customer engagement and relationship management. • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing. • Conduct field visits and market mapping activities. • Recruit, train, and motivate team members. • Track sales reports, productivity metrics, and pipeline management. • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and mortgage lending. • Excellent team handling and leadership skills. • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. • 36 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, or Banking Sales. • Prior team handling experience is mandatory. • Local market knowledge will be an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Home Loan disbursement volume. • Team productivity and target achievement. • Lead conversion ratio. • Customer satisfaction and retention. • Portfolio quality and compliance adherence.
