Job description

Role & responsibilities • Dial outbound numbers or answer inbound calls to pitch services or answer questions • Find potential buyers, qualify prospects, and pass hot leads to the field sales team • Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and contact details accurately in a CRM tool or Excel sheet. • Call back interested clients at scheduled times to move them closer to a purchase or sign-up. • Meet daily and monthly goals for total call volume, connected calls, or closed sales Preferred candidate profile • Any undergraduate / Graduate • Must be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi
