**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure efficient handling of international voice processes. - Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team performance and productivity. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalations in a timely manner. - Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the banking process. **Job Requirements :** - 6-10 years of experience in an International Voice Process or similar role. - Strong knowledge of banking processes, including domestic and international transactions. - Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
