**Job Title:** Tech Lead Full Stack **Experience:** 10+ Years **Location:** Any CGI Location **Notice Period:** Immediate to 15 Days Preferred **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced **Tech Lead Full Stack** to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, API development, cloud platforms, and technical leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the overall application architecture, technical vision, and roadmap. - Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using **TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue.js/Angular**. - Build and maintain **GraphQL/REST APIs** and microservices-based solutions. - Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architecture standards. - Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership. - Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Implement testing strategies using **Playwright**, unit testing, and integration testing. - Manage **CI/CD pipelines**, Azure cloud deployments, and production support. - Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience. - Strong expertise in **TypeScript** and **Node.js**. - Hands-on experience with **React.js, Vue.js, or Angular**. - Experience in **GraphQL**, **REST APIs**, and **Microservices Architecture**. - Experience with **Playwright** or other automated testing frameworks. - Hands-on experience with **Azure**, **Azure Functions**, and **Azure DevOps (ADO)**. - Strong knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines**. - Experience in system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. - Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills. **Good to Have** - Experience with cloud-native application development. - Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
