Job Title: Tech Lead Full Stack Experience: 10+ Years Location: Any CGI Location Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Job Description We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Full Stack to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend technologies, API development, cloud platforms, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall application architecture, technical vision, and roadmap. • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue.js/Angular. • Build and maintain GraphQL/REST APIs and microservices-based solutions. • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architecture standards. • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership. • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Implement testing strategies using Playwright, unit testing, and integration testing. • Manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud deployments, and production support. • Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills • 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience. • Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js. • Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. • Experience in GraphQL, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture. • Experience with Playwright or other automated testing frameworks. • Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (ADO). • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. • Experience in system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. • Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Good to Have • Experience with cloud-native application development. • Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
