**Job Purpose** - To manage CERN application (Customer Engagement, Retention and Nurturing). - Should drive the application onboarding and management projects. Manage new solution onboarding and governance. - Should evaluate technical solutions per banks requirement related to customer engagement Job Responsibilities: - 6 to 9 Years of Experience in **Contact Centre and Omni channel platform** . Candidate worked on implementation of customer engagement platforms will be preferred. - Work with Agile, Waterfall methodology. - **Work on new age solutions of Gen AI, Voice, Bots, Whats App, Social, SMS etc. Dialers and implement/migrate them on new age Cloud Infrastructure.** - Ensure System Integration Test are conducted in a through manner and the same translates to quality deliverables. Prepare and execute SIT, Load Test approach and other integrations as part of the deliverables. - The deployments done through DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelining, automated delivery models (blue-green, canary, etc.) SKills: - Must have technical knowledge of functioning any new age customer engagement platform related to Voice, Bots, Whats App, Social, SMS, Gen AI based etc - Preferred Experience in AWS and / OR GCP and / OR Azure and / OR Oracle Cloud and related technologies. Knowledge of services offered in a SaaS models Hybrid Cloud or Multi-Cloud Solutions. - Understanding of security basics, HTTPS, certificates, 2way SSL on cloud. Conceptual knowledge of Encryption/Decryption.
