Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage access control systems, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning of users. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through effective licensing management. • Troubleshoot issues related to offboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees. • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement in ticketing and exchange server operations. Job Requirements : • 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. • Strong understanding of advertising, IAM (Identity Access Management), SailPoint IdentityNow, SAML2.0 protocols. • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server administration.
