Job description

• Define and drive architecture strategy for enterprise-scale customer engagement, loyalty, promotions, and retention platforms. • Design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures. • Lead architecture decisions, technology standards, and modernization initiatives across multiple teams. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. • Provide technical leadership on system design, integration patterns, cloud adoption, scalability, and platform evolution. • Establish best practices for architecture governance, performance, security, observability, and operational excellence. • Mentor engineering teams through design reviews, architectural guidance, and technical problem-solving. • Drive integration of customer, marketing, pricing, loyalty, and engagement platforms while ensuring high availability and maintainability.
