**Role: Python Lead Consultant** **Years of Experience:** 10 - 13 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Python, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, django and NestJS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to provide expert guidance on software development projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical consultancy and support for software development projects, focusing on Python and related technologies. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Django, Python, AWS, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to enhance project outcomes. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing insights on technical feasibility and resource requirements. - Quick AI Adaption - Team managing capability **Mandatory Skills:** - Proficient in django, Python, Drupal (deal breaker skill). - Strong experience with ReactJS for front-end development. - Solid understanding of Node.js for back-end development. - Experience with TypeScript and NestJS frameworks. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Customer facing and handling experience - Team managing capability to achieve the Sprint commitments **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS). - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
